2. Schedule. If we’re a great fit, we’ll schedule your first session.
3. Paperwork & Payment: You’ll complete intake paperwork and finalize payment details.
4. We do this dang thing! Your first session will be all about how you got here. I’ll ask about your struggles and pain points and what you want your life to look like. Don’t worry— I’ve been in your seat, so there’s no judgment here. Just strategies, questions, and reflections to help you get results you want and the life you crave.
